Any word if you would ever get the pads in Dark Blue for the Ranger package? thanks

• Is this replacement dash pad available in colors other than black? general
• I have a '72 and I am running a front cage, will this still fit or should a get the flat one for the 66-67? fitment
• Do you sell the hardware to intall this dash pad. My 71 Bronco does not have a dash currently. Thanks. general
