How long are the bolt/pin pieces? I need it to stick up roughly 3.25 to 3.5 inches PAST the top of the thing I will be bolting them to. Will these be long enough for that?

The pin tip to tip is, 3 1/4. There is 1 1/2 of thread, then, 1 1/4 from the end of thread to the center of pin hole, and about 1/2 above the hole.
