will my stock return line work ? also will the stock tensioner/adjusting bracket work?

Yes and Yes. Because the return line is just a push on, clamp style fitting, you can reuse it with the new pump. Also, our pump bracket allows you to retain the stock adjusting bracket. New replacements for both are available, if you need them.
