Will this hood give enough room for a pro flo 4 on a 302 engine.

We would not expect any issue. With a raise of about 3 in the front and then down to a 1 rise on the rear.It is about 2 taller than stock over the air cleaner. Keep the air cleaner height as modest, low profile, as possible.
