I know it states can be attached via screws. Is there a recommended spot for that mounting on a 76 Bronco? Is it also magnetic? Thanks In Advance

No recommended placement, wherever is best for you. Normally overhead, or under the dash. It is not magnetic, but does mount with screws or straps.
