Are the vents cut out on the driver and passenger side for the bent boxes?

• might be a dumb question but is rain a problem with this hood on a daily driver? general
• How much extra clearance does this scoop provide? I'm running an Edelbrock intake and my carb hits the stock hood now... fitment
• Are there provisions for or can windshield washer nozzles be installed??? install
