How much extra clearance does this scoop provide? I'm running an Edelbrock intake and my carb hits the stock hood now... and I still need room for the filter.

2-3 off added clearance. The Buckaroo has pretty much the most clearance for the air cleaner without making the scoop look like a funny car.
