Will I need to purchase a return hose to make this kit work? If so, which return hose would work for the F100 steering box? Thanks

The return hose is normally just has a hose clamp on a straight piece of hose to the pumps return port. Usually you can re-use the old hose. If it does need replaced, we would use #2104.
