Regarding part #2036 Will I be able to mount my Saginaw pump with v belt pully to this bracket without removing the pully and what is the distance from were bracket mounts to block to the center of pully ? Thanks

The distance is changeable by adding or removing washers at the block. If you have small fingers you can bolt this on without removing the pulley. It's doable.
