I have a 68 without a heater; is this kit truely complete or will there be other items I need to order to complete install? (hardware, ballest etc?)

You will need a switch, wires, hoses and clamps, heater resistor, heater control valve, and an engine to flow coolant through it. There may be some miscellaneous hardware needed as well, but we tried to cover most everything that normally needs replaced.
