Concerning clearance of the fan with the upper radiator hose. I have a 68 Bronco with a 289. Would I have any clearance issues?

We would not expect any issues. The silicone hoses are the same shape as their rubber counterparts, and designed for the early Bronco 289, 302, and 351W.
