My engine is early 90s  had the aluminum timing chain cover stock I’m adding the serpentine belt from 1998 explorer. The water pump flow kooler fits ?

As long as you have an Explorer timing cover, we would not expect any issues fitting the Flow Kooler Explorer pump.
