Would these be able to bend around rollbard curves or only straight application. Specifically I have a rear tube that covers my rear passengers head. It goes straight across the back but bends in on each side towards the outer cage supports.

These really work best on straight runs of tube. If it is a slight bend, then it may be ok, but definitely not hard bends or corners.
