Just to be sure, these come pre-welded, right? Is there any way you'd do a black powder coat before shipping? Thanks for your time!

These are pre-welded. If we are shipping we will not powder coat. That way it can't get there all scratched up from shipping. We do have powder coating option if you want to pick up here at WH in Lodi CA.
