Will this mirror attach/clamp on to the vertical roll bar tube? By the pictures it appears that the mirror will only attach/clamp on the horizontal tube (top tube) for proper adjustment.

The arm of the mirror is adjustable, where the stem meets the clamp, at the bar end. We would not expect an issue.
