I am installing part # 3457 and need to know what screws to use to hold the quarter card to top of rail? It looks to be about a 1/4 and that's a big sheet metal screw. Any help with this would be great, Thank you in advance.

Typically a barbed panel clip would be used to fasten the panel to the mount. Usually your local auto parts store will have a selection.
