Is there a way to adapt this kit for use with a Wilwood master cylinder manual brake setup? It looks like a right-side mount would interfere with the exhaust headers, but I am wondering if there is enough clearance from the inner fender using the left-side mount. Thanks.

No, with the master cylinder bolted to the firewall, there is not enough room for the prop valve and bracket on either side usually.
