I just picked up a 75 dana 44 hp open knuckle drum brakes will this work on the high steer reid racing knuckles if trying to convert to disc brakes

You will still need to get caliper brackets. These are not included in the kit. Otherwise, yes, this kit will work with the 5 bolt spindle, Dana 44 Reid knuckles.
