Does this adapter have slip rings that ride on the spring loaded pins of the stock column, and if it does, what is the setup for a horn button?

This adapter is designed for the early 2 post contact horn, and rides on the two column contacts. The horn button instructions can be found under #2986. There is an installation pdf.
