All of these say 67-77. What about 66? Really no difference that I'm aware of. Also doesn't say anything about D30 or D44 front end.

The 66 did not normally have a brake light switch on the pedal. This kit, does not offer a solution to that. So, the kit will work, but you will need to adapt a brake light switch.
