Does this column have a 4-way flasher switch like the Ididt 76-77 Bronco retrofit column? Does anything need to be changed for a 1 body lift?

Yes, the column comes with a flasher switch on it. You can use this complete kit in your bronco, and the included steering shaft is adjustable for stock to 3 body lift. The shift indicator is not lit on the aftermarket columns, like the stock auto column 74-77.
