I'm running this setup on my 77 and would like to go TRO.  What size tie rod end do i have? I'd like to ream out or drill out/insert my 77 d44 knuckle.

You have the stock 76-77 size tie rods. You will need to ream to the same size from the top, as it is from the bottom, with a reamer like #2385.
