Does this kit shift the wheel mounting surface causing the wheel and tire to move outboard? If so, how much does the wheel mounting surface move.

This Wilwood kits use the stock drum hub and spindle. There should be no change in wheel offset to our knowledge. Wilwood states in the instructions that the wheel track may change, based on the application. You should check your wheel offset before and after installation.
