I have a 79 F150 ranger lariat, automatic, V8 (4x4) with dual front shocks. I understand that I would need 2 more shocks, but will this work on my vehicle?

No, the coil rates and leaf spring width are different, and this is for the 66-77 Bronco only. We offer a 4 lift, #790003, but nothing stock height, and full size.
