Can this Interior Bar addition work with my existing bar? I do not believe it is the SanFelipe bar already installed but very similar.

If your current bar is shaped like the San Felipe, with the rear support bars back by the tailgate over the wheel wells, you should be able to make it work. This kit does not have floor plates, and must completely tie in to the existing bar.
