Q: How well does this hood work with the Urethane hood pins (Part 5858) using the factor hood bump stop locations for the pins? Would it require drilling through the channel frame?

A: It can and has been done, and does work well. The hood is thicker where the bushings install, so you would likely need longer hardware for the steel hood than what comes in the kit. Other than that, we would expect no issue.

Q: Do you have a stock steel hood with an extra raised steel center area on hood like the fiberglass hoods.

A: We do not currently offer a raised center steel hood. We do typically keep the stock 70-77, and 70-77 stock without vent hoods in our warehouse.
