The original Bronco light switch struggles to handle the current needed for stock headlights and is definitely not up to the task for modern H4 bulbs. How It Works:

The stock setup routes power from the battery through the dash and headlight switch, causing voltage drops that result in only 9-10 volts reaching the headlights. Our harness uses a relay system to deliver direct battery voltage (up to 14.4 volts) to your headlights, creating a significantly brighter light.
