Order Processing and Shipping Times

We make every effort to ship all orders received by 1:00 PM PST on the same business day. However, please note that orders received after 1:00 PM PST may not be processed or shipped until the following business day. In the event that any item cannot be shipped immediately, you will receive a notification.

If this is a TIME-SENSITIVE order, PLEASE CALL (209) 400-7200 during normal business hours. If your order was placed after 1:00 PM PST, it may not be shipped until the following business day.
Shipping Charges and Options
Your shipping amount may appear expensive. We let the robots on our website calculate the shipping. Many times you will find you are charged less than what is quoted. Please use our shipping calculator to get you in the ball park. Often we have other methods of shipping if the item(s) you need are small and lightweight such as Priority Mail and flat rate packaging. Please remember truck freight items will not be calculated so we will be calling you with a quote.

If you would like to know what your shipping charge will be prior to shipping and charging your credit card, just enter the words "CONFIRM SHIPPING" in the Comments box during checkout. We will get a shipping quote to you by phone or email. Your items will not be shipped until we have received a confirmation email or phone call from you.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
When we receive your order, we will evaluate your shipping requirements and see if we can save you any money by using alternative shipping methods. If we can, we will use that method and you will see a reduced shipping charge on your invoice. You will never be charged more than what is estimated on our website without your prior approval.

Ground Shipping
We use different carriers including GSO, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. WH selects the shipper based upon our experience to save you cost and deliver in a sufficient time frame. Certain items have characteristics that ship better with one company over the another.

Truck Freight
If you have placed a large order or have ordered items that are too heavy or too large for ground shipping, transportation by truck is often the least expensive or the only way to transport your order. In these situations, your order will be boxed and palletized and then the trucking company is called to pick up your shipment. That pickup is usually the next business day after placing your order.
