Product Overview:

If you're running a lift on your 1966–75 Ford Bronco, keeping your suspension geometry in check is critical—and that starts with your track bar. This Track Bar Drop Bracket brings your track bar back toward factory angle, reducing bump steer and restoring confident handling.

It’s highly recommended for lifts of 3 inches or more, and absolutely necessary for 2.5" lifted Broncos running the F-100 to F-350 2WD steering box conversion. While this bracket bolts onto your stock frame, welding is required for safe, long-term use. Keep your axle centered and your Bronco pointed straight—this bracket does the job right.

Early Bronco Track Bar Lowering Bracket | 66–75 Bronco

Correct your front suspension geometry and improve steering response with this Track Bar Lowering Bracket for 1966–75 Ford Bronco. When lifting your early Bronco 3 inches or more, this bracket helps bring the track bar back toward its factory angle to reduce bump steer and maintain proper axle alignment. It’s also a must-have for 2.5" lifted Broncos using the F-100 to F-350 2WD steering box conversion.

This bracket is designed to bolt to unmodified stock frames, but welding is required to ensure long-term strength and safety.

  • Fits 1966–75 Ford Broncos: Designed for unmodified stock frames.

  • Corrects Track Bar Angle: Essential for lifted Broncos to improve handling and reduce bump steer.

  • Ideal for 3”+ Lifts: Strongly recommended for suspensions lifted 3 inches or more.

  • Required for F100 2WD Steering Box Conversions: A must for Broncos with 2.5" lift using this conversion.

  • Works with Drop Pitman Arms: Only when using stock-style tie rod and drag link (not with 2WD steering box setups).

  • Bolt-On Fit, Weld-On Finish: Installs easily, but requires welding for proper long-term use.

  • Do Not Remove Factory Bracket: This unit is designed to work with your existing setup.

very solid mount. definitely worth it to buy and install one of these.I suggest welding it in as well as putting all bolts in, including the one that goes through the width of the mount.
