Q: Are these switches waterproof enough to withstand rain?

A: No, the switches are not waterproof. We do not currently offer any waterproof switches.

Q: Is there a wiring diagram for how these are recommended to be installed in the lock and load console available?

A: The #7 and #8 terminals are for ground. #2 is to ignition or battery power. #3 is to the item or accessory you are powering/controlling. #6 is to the ignition to power the light on the switch.
