Heavy-Duty Aluminum 1-1/8" Bore Master Cylinder
Upgrade your braking system with this heavy-duty cast aluminum master cylinder, designed for durability and performance. Unlike traditional cast steel master cylinders that are prone to rust, this aluminum unit resists corrosion, ensuring long-lasting reliability in all conditions.
With twin large-capacity reservoirs, it’s ideal for 2-wheel or 4-wheel disc brake setups and compatible with vacuum assist brakes, hydroboost power brakes, or even manual brakes. Dual 3/8"-24 fittings on both sides allow flexible brake line routing, and included port plugs keep your installation clean and hassle-free.
For an even easier install, upgrade to our #3077 Hose Kit to eliminate the need for adapting your existing hoses or lines.
What’s Included:
- Cast aluminum master cylinder
- Port plugs
- Bore adapter for short-rod boosters
Why Aluminum Matters:
Rust is no match for this master cylinder. Its cast aluminum construction outperforms steel in harsh environments, making it the perfect choice for longevity and reliability.
Important Notes for Manual Brakes:
Manual systems require the deeper piston back bore to properly fit their longer pedal rods. For these setups, remove the "bore adapter" for safe rod engagement. Note that the larger bore size will require more pedal pressure in manual configurations.
Upgrade today to a master cylinder built to last and perform, rain or shine!
