Q: Will this work on a factory 1971 small bearing small brake housing ?

A: Yes, this would be used to make your small bearing housing, into a large bearing housing. You will also need large bearing axles, and brakes to match the large bearing axle offset and flange of the new housing ends.

A: Yes, these are compatible with the Set 20 Tapered roller bearing, as well as the standard sealed Large bearing.
