Put a storage box in your engine compartment!

Brand new tooling has given WH the best under hood storage box ever. It's tapered so as not to interfere with your clutch pedal. The Z box drops in place of your original fresh air vent on the driver side of your Bronco. We find the best way to secure it in place with a nice big bead of silicone. This will seal existing holes and keep water out of your cab. The lid is held on by gravity and your hood is there to keep it from going anywhere. Perfect for storing a convenient quart of oil, power steering fluid or whatever you think you might need there.

Q: Hi - what size cut out is needed for the storage box? I have used this product before, but my current bronco has a fiberglass body and just want to make sure it fits.

Box fit great and good quality material. Didn't use the old vent since I restored my 76 and added a/c. This box worked great for my jack and a folding 4-way lug wrench. And I still have some room for other things like grease rags and it cleaned up my driver side inner fender well. Thanks WH

I used to take the baffle out of the original vent on the drivers side and use it as a storage box. It never had a lid and always filled up with leaves and trash. This Z box is awesome, I wish this was a stock item from the factory. Thanks again for an awesome product, you guys rock!

This product does not include a gasket seal and the lid simply sits on top of the box. No way to secure the lid to the box. No plastic clips or fastening hardware for the lid. No mention of this in the product description.
