Here's a long travel rear shock mount that maintains stability while not cutting into the interior space of your Bronco.
Our new "Shock Jock" rear double shock mounting system is the result of listening to customers who wanted a long travel rear shock mount that maintained stability while not cutting into the interior space of their Broncos. The design of the Shock Jock maintains stability by mounting the shocks outside the rear springs. The upper Shock Jock mounts are a one piece laser cut and welded ¼" steel design. The thing that most sets the Shock Jock apart from other rear shock mounting systems is flexibility.
- The upper mounts can be bolted or welded in place (lower mounts are weld in).
- The upper mounts can be installed in the forward or rear facing position.
- You have the choice of mounting regular or rod end style shocks.
- Sheet metal trimming is optional.

Q: I already purchased the shock jock, but can I use them with one shock only and if so, which mount should I use?

A: Yes, you can run a single shock in either position, it is up to you.

Q: Will the shock jock kit work without a body lift with the inner fender trimming noted in the instructions?

A: Yes, it will work with or without a body lift. Trimming as per the instructions will allow you to mount it higher on the frame, but trimming is not required.

Q: Hello, If I order these along with your 5.5 inch leaf springs 1020. Do you know what size of shocks and your recommendation on brand? This is going to be a street and off road vehicle.

A: Normally with a 5.5 lift and the shock jock mount, we send 2 each of our #77010 and 77012 shocks. Great all around performance, without breaking the budget.
