Early Bronco License Plate Light Assembly

Factory correct rear license plate lamp bulb housing assembly for 66-77 Ford Bronco. This early Bronco license plate light includes a zinc plated metal housing, OEM correct wiring, light bulb and lens.

The early Bronco license plate light assembly mounts to the tailgate just above the rear license plate. The wiring for this license plate light leads through three small holes in the tailgate to the underside of the Bronco. We highly recommend purchasing three Tailgate License Plate Light Wiring Grommets to complete the installation of your new early Bronco license plate light.

Q: Do you sell the bulb separately or do you know what kind of bulb I need? I only need the bulb for my 73 early Bronco. Someone took my original bulb.

A: We do not sell bulbs for the lamp assembly. Your local auto parts store should be able to provide you with the correct bulb.

Like everything else WH sells, it's a good quality item at a fair price. However, the ground connector is too large to fit through the factory holes in the tailgate so I needed to cut the connector, run the wires and re-solder the connector. Also -- be aware that it doesn't come with the one screw required to attach it to the tailgate. You'll need to use the old one or get a new one from the hardware store. Those 2 items are why I only rate it a 3.
