The Pro Flow hood is a unique design which has a gradually tapered scoop from the very front of the hood to the back.

Early Bronco Pro Flow Fiberglass Hood

Our Pro Flow hood is a unique design which has a gradually tapered scoop from the very front of the hood to the back. The back of the hood can be cut out for air flow.

The Deluxe Hood allows you to use your original hood latching hardware from your stock hood. These deluxe hoods have a built in support structure on the underside to add rigidity and strength.

We have added a flat spot on the support to facilitate mounting hood pins.

Most of our hoods utilize a two piece mold design which allows for the rolled and finished front lip.

You will need to either reuse your old hood hinges or our new stainless steel hinges to mount the hood to the cowl. We always recommend the use of hood pins, especially considering how many calls we get about hoods popping open on the freeway and smashing over the top of the Bronco. Important Note: All fiberglass hoods come with a white gel coat. They do not come painted.

Q: I am installing a supercharger on a coyote on a 74 bronco, how tall is the cowl especially towards the front approx 1' back from the front edge of the hood?

A: The Pro Flow hood gives the most space the quickest, but that close to the front, the gain is still minimal. Maybe an inch, max.

Q: Does the Pro Flow Cowl hood have the original style air intake grilles at the back edges of the hood?

A: No grilles, it's flat.

Just Finished Installing My Wild Horses Pro-Flow Cowl Induction Hood With Deluxe Fiberglass Hood Install Kit w/ Black Shox N the Hood. I had A Question And Sent An e-mail To Tech Assit. This is the highest quality fiberglass hood I have ever owned. If you are running a tall air intake system this is the hood to get. It is also a very thick fiberglass hood, minimal deflection if you support it on a corner. It also matches the fenders height at the corners spot on. Buy two: hang one in your living room, put the other on your Bronco.
