Asked by Tyler, April 21, 2022

Q: One side has threads the other doesn't. The unthreaded side doesn't seem to fit into the fitting. Is this normal?

1 Answer

Answered by sales - April 25, 2022

A: The plain side will go to the slip connector fitting. It has set screws to hold it in place once installed. Make sure the set screws are not keeping the shaft from slipping in.
