Early Bronco Turn Signal Switch
The 1966-77 Ford Bronco used three different versions of the Early Bronco turn signal switch depending on year and transmission type. One style was used on all 1966-73 Ford Broncos, including late 1973 models with automatic transmissions. For 1974-77 Broncos, Ford used two different switches—one for manual transmission columns and another for automatic columns. The automatic version includes a light that illuminates the gear shift indicator.
Another difference is the hazard switch location. On 1974-77 Broncos, the hazard switch is built into the turn signal switch on the steering column. On 1966-73 Broncos, the hazard switch is mounted separately on the dash.
