Q: Two questions. First, will I need to make any modifications to this if I am running a body lift? Second, what is the thread size for the shift knob?

A: The shifter mounts directly to the trans. It does not normally require more room or trimming than the standard AX15 shifter, though if one Bronco did need extra fitment, the B&M would still be the best option. The shifter accepts a 3/8 NC knob.
