Leaf Spring Kit for Full Size Ford Broncos includes Wild Horses Flex-Master 4 inch leaf springs, urethane spring & shackle bushings, and an extreme duty U-bolt kit.
When we designed our Flex-Master leaf springs, we had three goals in mind. First, we wanted them strong. So, we went for a seven-leaf spring with Berlin eyes on both ends and upgraded to a 7/16" center pin. The stock 3/8" pins just weren't cutting it for today's off-roading. Note that when you switch to the new center pins, you'll need to clearance the stock spring wedge a bit.
Next on the list was flexibility. We achieved this by using a progressive design. We also threw in UHMW polyethylene tip inserts and galvanized liners to reduce friction and make everything run smoother.
Finally, we wanted to ensure optimal spring function. We added a double-wrap front eye for safety. We also included a flat mounting surface for an easy, non-preloaded installation that matches up well with the axle mounting surface. Riveted bolt clips in strategic spots help keep the springs in line and control axle wrap.
Off-roading puts a lot of stress on your Bronco, so we came up with extreme duty U-bolt kits to handle it. We noticed the stock U-bolt plates were bending, so we made some tougher ones. The stock 9/16" U-bolts weren't up to snuff either. It might sound easy to take a thick piece of metal and drill some holes, but we saw issues with these kinds of plates. The edges created rigid pressure points that could break the spring. So, we invested in tooling to router the edges of our plates. This keeps a stock-type edge that works well when the spring is moving around. And just to make sure everything looks good and stays protected from corrosion, every part of our U-bolt kit is zinc-plated.

As is the industry standard, your leaf springs will arrive
unboxed with the shipping label taped directly to the springs. Optionally,
though not necessary, you can perform a quick clean-up with a can of satin
black spray paint prior to installation to address any paint chips. Original
springs were typically bare steel and have served for decades without
touch-ups.
If you're into trail running or rock crawling, these U-bolts are a must. They'll keep your rear axle and springs solidly in place, no matter what you throw at them.
