Q: I have a 76 bronco. Is the trac bar sleeve required or is it for special cases?

A: This trac bar sleeve is used with aftermarket adjustable trac bars which use the 66-75 style upper bushing. You would not use this sleeve if you are working on a stock 76-77 trac bar.

The previous owner had done a 3" suspension lift without using the drop sleeve. Once I'd figured that out and had it installed, it solved my steering issues. No more pull to the driver's side. It wasn't easy. Had to heat it up to bend the tabs out a little for getting the new bushings on the trac bar to fit in it. All in all, happy with the outcome.

my upper track bar mount holes were elongated. using this bushing allowed me to use 5/8 bolt. easy install met all expectations; and shipped quickly. thank you wild horses 4wd!
