The Winters shifters are the most durable and dependable Automatic Transmission shifters we have ever used.
We tried the others and came to the conclusion that the Winters shifters are the most durable and dependable A/T shifters we have ever used. In our opinion, there simply is nothing better. Get stuck on a rocky hill where you need to get the transmission back in reverse with some of the lever lockout type shifters and you will see why you need the Winters. The same shifter can be used in standard pattern P R N 3 2 1 or competition pattern P R N 1 2 3.
The shifter comes with the shifter housing. Many people choose to do custom installs and make their own covers or mount the shifter in a custom tunnel.

A: Yes it will. The Winters shifter is cable operated, so it gives you flexibility to mount it out of the way of the twin sticks.
