Q: Are these chrome? The picture makes it look like its brass.

A: It is not chrome, it is bare steel, and not plated.

A: We do not have any printed instructions. Once the old one is removed, you will position the new bracket, and affix it to the frame with the provided rivets, spreading the rivets with a punch.
