Q: I ordered a WH Steering Wheel (#2769NET) but it didn't come with mounting screws. It appears to align properly with my current adapter which is very likely a Grant. Can WH provide the screws which would be 7/8 to 1 length? Or would it just be wise to order the WH adapter which judging from some issues previously mentioned in this thread would work better? Please advise.

A: Clint, If, the holes line up, you may be ok. But you would be best to get your own screws, if so. We have screws for our adapters, but the threads could be wrong for yours. It may be easier to get our adapter, if you don't want to figure out your need screw size and thread. Feel free to give us a call.

Q: Does this adapter have slip rings that ride on the spring loaded pins of the stock column, and if it does, what is the setup for a horn button?
Answered by ☆ sales - August 31, 2020
A: This adapter is designed for the early 2 post contact horn, and rides on the two column contacts. The horn button instructions can be found under #2986. There is an installation pdf.

Q: What cancel cam do you use with this adapter?
Answered by ☆ sales - April 6, 2020
A: The adapter normally has 2 roll pins that press into the back side, to actuate and cancel the cam in the column. The roll pins act as the cancel cam.
