Early Bronco Black Billet Aluminum Crankshaft Pulley for 289, 302 or 351W V8
New dual-groove black billet aluminum v-belt crankshaft pulley designed for use on Ford 289, 302 or 351W small block motors. This pulley was developed specifically for use in 1966-77 Ford Broncos, but is likely to work in other small block Ford applications as well. The double groove on these pulleys can be used for upgrading your early Bronco to air conditioning or power steering.Black Hard Anodized Pulley: What makes our early Bronco billet crankshaft pulleys stand out is the tough black hard anodizing featured on them. More than just a cool black finish - this feature also stops the v-belt from making grooves, a common issue with powder-coated aluminum pulleys.
Steel Centering Ring: We've ditched the flimsy plastic ring you find in other early Bronco crank pulleys and upgraded to a strong steel centering ring. This steel ring won't get warped or come loose like the plastic ones, offering a more reliable fit.
Custom Made for Early Bronco: While they can work on many Ford applications, these pulleys were developed specifically for use on classic Ford Broncos. The 5.75 inch diameter of these pulleys is ideal for use in the 66-77 Bronco. Also, the crankshaft pulley comes with both 3-bolt and 4-bolt patterns, making it flexible enough to fit most classic Ford Bronco setups.

If your existing engine or pulleys might not be original, check for compatibility before installing. Many 4-bolt harmonic balancers/dampers have a different depth than the factory early Bronco damper, so please give us a call if you need help figuring out if your 4-bolt damper will work. You may also be able to swap out the harmonic balancer for our Pro Street Harmonic Damper for Small Block Ford to help in aligning your new crankshaft pulley.
