Asked by Jeffery Carlton, January 21, 2021
Q: Do these come with the boots or do they need to be purchased separately?
Answered by ☆ sales - January 26, 2021
A: The Bilstein shocks do include, an installed Bilstein specific, black boot. Our standard colored boots do not usually fit the Bilstein shocks, the eye end of the boot is smaller on the shock.
Asked by Landon, November 27, 2020
Q: Hey I was wondering if the sleeves that come with these rear eye/eye shocks need to go on the inside of the shock bushing. The factory stud on the upper of the back shock is too big to fit any of the sleeves over so I was just wondering. Thanks. Please any information on where to use the sleeves and where not to would be great.
Answered by ☆ sales - December 1, 2020
A: With stock mounts in the rear, the sleeve is only used at the bottom mount, and not the top. The bushing is already the same size as the mount stud.
