Description

If you really want to cover your rear, our new Armor-Geddon tail guards are just what you're looking for! We know the concept isn't new, but the design and execution of this product is mind-blowing! Made from completely new tooling, the fit is better than any previous version. These D13, 0.20" steel tail guards will take a hit and protect your quarter panel from buckling.

As far as the install goes, you will only need minimal fabrication skills. The tail light hole is pre-cut, but you will need to cut the armor to fit your specific flares along with cutting a hole for your rear marker light if you wish to keep it. If you are running any kind of top, you will also need to cut out the upper portion of the armor to fit with the hardtop. In order to give you the freedom of creativity, no hardware is supplied. Armor-Gedden - Good stuff

My '68 had some old damage to the rear corner mainly down low behind the wheel arch. (My Bronco is uncut). Although I considered just replacing the corner with new sheet metal, I decided to just try the Armor-geden. Very glad I did. They fit very well and we're easy to install. They are thick steel so use a cutting blade on a grinder to trim if necessary. BTW, they arrived the day after I ordered them, but I am in Southern California .

Same profile as 65/66 F100 ?????

The profile of these look like or similar to the 65/66 F100 is it, or is it close enough to use??

Owner Response: They will fit most 1964-1967 F100s. Basically if your bed looks like the side of a 66-77 uncut Bronco you are good to go. You will still need to cut to fit.
