    OE-correct replica of the factory 70-76 Ford Bronco stock gas tank with mounting strap, hoses & sending unit. Can be used to upgrade fuel tank in 66-69 Broncos
    Factory style 13-gallon rear main early Bronco fuel tank. This fuel tank master kit includes everything you need to replace the factory gas tank in your classic Ford Bronco. Our stock rear fuel tank is a perfect reproduction of the original stamped steel tank found in 1970-76 Ford Broncos. This gas tank can also be used as an upgrade to the original fuel tank in 1966-69 Broncos. Exclusive to Wild Horses 4x4, our fuel tank and mounting strap come coated black. This provides a cleaner installed appearance than the traditional silver tank and strap assembly.

    Stock Steel 13-gallon Rear Main Fuel Tank Master Kit Includes:
    • Rear 13-gallon Steel Fuel Tank
    • Main Tank Fuel Sending Unit with Locking Ring & Seal
    • Fuel Filler Hose & Vent Hose
    • Fuel Tank Mounting Strap & J-Blt

    Like the original fuel tanks, this tank utilizes a metal lock ring to secure the fuel sending unit in the tank. This method is much more desirable than aftermarket tanks that use screws to retain the sending unit. The lock ring style mount ensures an even seal and eliminates the potential of leaking fuel through threads like aftermarket tanks have a tendency to do.

    After install I had a fuel leak...realized there was a pin hole in the weld on the sending unit. One phone call...NO QUESTIONS ASKED...WH sent one out the same day!

    The tank was nice, clean and new, fit like a charm. The strap was a little on the flimsy side. The end that fits into the frame is much thinner metal than the original. That was my only complaint.

    The kit was shipped fast and came with everything pictured. All the parts are quality and fit exactly. The only complaint I have is that the hole for the sending unit is 1" higher than the stock tank. This creates a conflict with the sending unit pigtail and the frame. During installation, make sure to connect the pigtail BEFORE lifting the tank into position. Other than that, great product from a great company!
