The Racket Jacket System is the heat and noise dampening solution for your Bronco. The first stage of the system consists of self adhesive, sound dampener pads, bonded to strategically located trouble spots to control body panel vibration and noise.
Racket Jacket Top Noise and Heat Dampening System
The Racket Jacket System is the heat and noise dampening solution for your Bronco. The first stage of the system consists of self adhesive, sound dampener pads, bonded to strategically located trouble spots to control body panel vibration and noise. These spots are mapped and labeled in detailed instructions which are included in the kit.
The second stage, as seen in the photo, uses a high-tech absorber/barrier material, bonded to the body panels, that deadens sound and insulates the vehicle from radiant heat penetration from the engine and road. Each absorber panel is cut to the correct shape and contour and is mapped and labeled in the instructions.
Finish off the top with a headliner (sold separately) and you're on your way to having a plush and a whole lot quieter and cooler ride!
Floor, wheel well, bulkhead, and door kits are sold separately.
