V8 Radiator L-Brackets, Weld On, 66-77 Bronco SKU: 5050

The brackets are high quality, they look great. However...for those of us that don't have measurements for the originals (in my case converting V6 to V8), it would be GREAT if you would include directions or measurements exactly where to weld them. Even if it varies, any tips would help. I'll weld so the mounts are 19.5" apart, based on a lot of looking around and also the radiator itself. Then the lower brackets based on the radiator. Anyhow, any tips would have helped,.. even if the answer is that it really varies and depends on the new radiator etc.. Unless!! If you feel like us folks welding on Broncos should know what the heck we're doing or just enjoy the research,.. then I'll shut up and be happy!

These weld on lower radiator supports work out well. I have a 1 inch body lift but still had enough area to weld them to my core support. Looks just like factory.
